Happy Grains "A Thousand Gift of Happiness" Lucky Draw Contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is organised by HAPPY GRAINS HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. ("Organiser").

The contest period is from 15^th November 2021 to 6^th March 2022 ("Contest Period"). Entries received by the Organiser after the expiry of Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified and shall not be entertained by the Organiser.

Eligibility

1. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia only, aged 18 years and above ("Eligible Participants").

2. The Organiser’s employees, agents and partnering agencies are not eligible and are prohibited to participate in the Contest.

1. Eligible Participants will receive a FREE Happy Angpao ("Happy Angpao") when purchasing any Happy Grains Chinese New Year package from our authorised e-commerce platform, sales agent or merchant during the Contest Period.

   This Happy Angpao contains the lucky draw entry, whereby the Eligible Participants shall register for the Contest at our landing page [ https://happygrains.com.my/happygame2022/ ] by submitting the unique serial number in the Happy Angpao ("Happy Code").

2. Each Happy Code is entitled for two (2) lucky draw chances. As such, each Eligible Participants may have a chance to win more than one (1) prize.

3. The first lucky draw will be held on the Contest landing page, whereby results will be announced upon verification approval. The second lucky draw ("Final Grand Draw") will be held on 6^th March 2022 through Organiser Official Facebook Live. Kindly refer to the Organiser's Official Facebook Page for more details and information of the Final Grand Draw.

4. There is no limitation on the number of participations during the Contest Period. Eligible Participants may submit more than one (1) Happy Code to eligible for the draw.

5. The Organiser fully reserves the right to reject any entries and/or registration which are incomplete, illegible, disfigured, register beyond the deadline or such other reasons as the Organiser solely deems fit.

Lucky Draw at the Contest landing page ("First Lucky Draw")

Each Happy Code printed on every Happy Angpao entitles Eligible Participants to one (1) entry of First Lucky Draw at the Contest landing page.

1. Eligible participants may register via the Contest landing page (www.happygame2022.com.my) by selecting "Enter Now", and completing the registration form with correct, accurate, valid and reachable contact information including (a) Name per Malaysian identity card, (b) Mobile phone number, (c) Malaysian identity card number, (d) Date of Birth, (e) Email address, and (f) Postal address. Eligible Participants are strictly advised to provide correct, accurate and reachable information and contact details, whereby the Organiser shall not bear any responsibilities whatsoever in terms of failed and/or delayed notifications and deliveries as a result of the Eligible Participants’ negligence and/or incorrect information.

2. Eligible Participants is required to upload clear, complete and accurate photo of "Happy Code" that is printed on Happy Angpao as per the size that is shown in instructions manual and to key and enter the unique Happy Code correctly and accurately for eligibility to the First Lucky Draw.

3. The result for the First Lucky Draw will be prompt and notified immediately upon each successful and complete entry after clicking "Enter Now" button. Lucky winners will be notified of the prize won.

4. Each Happy Code shall be registered separately and independently. Duplicate entries of the same Happy Code is strictly prohibited, is illegal and shall not be entertained.

5. The Organiser shall not entertain any correspondences and/or claims of forfeited and/or unredeemed prizes, of any forfeited, illegal and/or incomplete entries and/or registrations.

6. The Organiser strictly reserves all rights and sole discretion to cancel and/or disqualified and/or terminate and/or refuse any incomplete and/or illegal registrations and/or participations.

3. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an "as is" basis and are not exchangeable or traded in for cash, credit, other items and/or voucher in part or in full.

4. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any installation nor bear any installation cost of the prizes won by the lucky winners.

5. The Organiser shall only be responsible for delivery and delivery cost of prizes to postal address within Malaysia.

6. The Organiser shall not be held responsible nor be liable for any damage to the prizes occurring in transit or during delivery and/or warranty period(s) (for appliances under Item 6.1 & 6.2© above), if applicable.

Eligible Winners

1. The eligibility to win the Contest is on the condition that the Eligible Participants shall fully observe and strictly comply with the Terms and Conditions as stated herein.

2. One Thousand One Hundred and Eighty Eight (1,188) Eligible Participantswill be drawn via electronic backend draw according to the Happy Code that participants entered and registered, whereby the results drawn shall be final, conclusive and binding. Any correspondences pertaining to the final decision of the Contest made by the Organiser shall not be entertained.

Announcement of the Winners

1. For the Final Grand Draw 1^st Prize (Apple Ipad), the winner(s) will be drawn through the Official Facebook Live and the winner will be contacted via their mobile number immediately after the announcement of the winner. Winner who did not pick up the call after two (2) attempt of call by Organizer will be forfeited; and organizer will redraw for next winner. Only winner(s) who successfully pick up the call on the spot during the Final Grand Draw Facebook Live are entitled to get the prize.

2. Grand Prize Winner(s) will be announced through Final Grand Draw Live on the Organiser’s official Facebook page and will be contacted via their mobile number, SMS or email provided to the Organiser after the Final Grand Draw event.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes if the winners shall fail and/or delayed and/or neglects to respond to the Organiser's message/email within three (3) days from the notification of winning, including weekends and public holidays.

4. For verification purpose, the Grand Prize Winners are required to produce proof of their identity and the clear photo of Happy Angpao with and/or confirming the winning Happy Code during and prior to the redemption of the Grand Prize. The Organiser shall only accept the Original Malaysian Identity Card as proof of identity, whereby. The Organiser has every right to disqualify the Grand Prize Winner should he/she fail to provide such proof of identity.

5. The First Lucky Draw prizes and Final Grand Draw prizes will be delivered to winner's doorstep, within three (3) to four (4) weeks of working days after the respective draw. Winners will be notified by the Organiser on the delivery date via the winner’s mobile number. As such, winners are advised to provide correct, accurate and reachable postal address and mobile number to the Organisers upon being notified of winnings.

6. All prizes by the Organiser is/are not transferable, refundable nor exchangeable, in any form and manner for whatsoever.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photographs of all winners for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes on the Organiser's social media platforms in any manner it deems appropriate.

8. The Grand Prize Winners shall be required to appear in the pre, during, and post Contest related video(s) (interviews included) for promotional and marketing purposes that will be uploaded on the Organiser's social media platforms.

By participating in the Contest, the Eligible Participants are deemed to agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and all decisions made by the Organiser in respect of the Contest.

By participating in the Contest, the Eligible Participants are deemed to have agreed and consented to the Organiser's usage of his/her details including but not limited to names and any contents made, produced, provided and submitted towards the Contest participation.

The Organiser shall not be held responsible in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of messages/emails sent or received and shall not be held liable for any unauthorised use of the Eligible Participants' mobile phone(s) or email account(s) in conjunction with the Contest.

The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or websites.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any submission of entry made outside of the Contest Period, or without executing proper procedure of participation.

The Organiser reserves the right to make any changes to the Contest including but not limited to cancelling the Contest or extending the Contest Period, replacing prizes with any other products of equivalent value at any time it deems fit, and alter the Terms and Conditions contained herein without prior notice. Any amendments made to these Terms and Conditions or updates on this Contest shall be published on the Organiser’s official Facebook page from time to time.
